PRMU students from India spent Diwali Night

On the enchanting evening of November 7th, 2023, the auditorium buzzed with anticipation for the magical "Diwali Night," organized by the Indian Student Council and sponsored by Dr. Suhas Mane. The air was charged with excitement, promising a cultural extravaganza etched in attendees' memories.

The ceremonial lamp marked the start, with Ganesh Vandana's resonating notes invoking blessings for the auspicious occasion. From Menikas' graceful moves to The Rebels' rhythmic beats, each performance painted the stage with vibrant colors of Indian culture. Rickson's tunes, Irene's vocals, and the Russians' dance added international flair.

The pinnacle came with a surprising twist—Dr. Suhas Mane honored exceptional performers with awards and cash prizes. Irene was the "Singing Sensation," Dance Army claimed "Best Squad," and Vrindha's consistent mesmerizing performances earned her "Best Solo." Aditya Dhande was "Best Anchor," Kphoria the "Heartthrob," and Rickson's pitch-perfect performance was acknowledged. The Desi Divas rightfully claimed "Pinnacle Performer."

The grand finale featured a sensory feast of appetizing, delicious Indian cuisine, leaving the audience eagerly awaiting future cultural celebrations. The "Diwali Night" not only celebrated the festival of lights but also illuminated hearts with a tapestry of talent and unity in 2023.
